PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS AND BACKORDERS:
If possible, POOL MART will help to be sure you get your order in a timely manner by substituting products of equal or greater value. If substitute products are not readily available, POOL MART will ship your back order as soon as possible after your initial order and will not charge additional freight. (special orders excepted)
SHIPPING:
It is our objective to get the products to you the customer quickly and in the most cost-effective way. We do not include freight in the price of the products. We ship products worldwide and all 50 states; therefore it would be impossible to structure the shipping costs to be fair to all.
We maintain warehouses of products in many major cities around the U.S. and in many cases the delivery of your purchases can be next day local delivery at no additional cost. This convenience reduces delivery times and is especially money saving for purchases of heavy items like heaters, which are too large or heavy to ship RPS.
FedEx Ground is our standard carrier for domestic packages. Our standard shipping and handling fee for small packages is $6.95. Once the shipping charges exceed this charge we pass along the shipping costs prepaid.
Some of the pool chemicals are considered Hazardous Materials by the Department of Transportation and are subject to surcharges for handling by FedEx Ground. The standard Haz Mat surcharge is $20.00 per package. These Haz Mat products are prohibited as airfreight.
The Haz Mat surcharge imposed may render small purchases of these products less cost effective. If you are not in one of our local delivery areas, larger purchases, whether HazMat or not makes motor freight a more economical choice of delivery. Motor freight companies generally charge less to deliver to a commercial address than to a residential address.
Our main office is located in Stuart, Florida, which is conveniently located near many of the overseas freight forwarders. We will be glad to deliver to the export company of your choice.
Max FedEx Ground weight is 150 lbs. per package.
Most orders will be shipped on the following business day after they are received.
RETURNS:
Returns must be accompanied by an RGA number issued by POOL MART and printed on the outside of the package. Packages returned without RGA will be refused credit. Refused or returned orders will be charged freight both ways plus 15% restocking fee. No collect freight return packages will be accepted. Products must be returned in new sellable condition with all instructions, manuals and packaging intact. Returns not in this condition will be refused credit or will be subject to restocking charges to return the product to original sellable condition. Original outbound freight from Pool Mart is not refundable. Return freight is the purchaser's responsibility.
Electrical components are not returnable.
